Colorado Springs Switchbacks’ 2023 season by the numbers

Here’s a numerical look at the 2023 Colorado Springs Switchbacks’ season as the club heads to San Antonio for the opening round of the USL Championship playoffs.
16-13-5: Colorado Springs’ record after 34 games played this season. The result was good enough to land the Switchbacks in fifth in the USL Championship’s Western Conference with 53 points in the standings. The fifth seed is just one position shy of hosting a home playoff match. The record is one draw shy of the team’s 17-13-4 record from the 2022 season, which saw Colorado Springs battle to the Western Conference final.
17: The number of points Colorado Springs amassed in its final eight games of the season, tallying a 5-1-2 record, the second-most of any club in the USL Championship during that stretch. The Switchbacks are unbeaten through seven games.
