Early in-person voting starts

In El Paso County, one voter service and polling center opened a couple weeks ago. Seven additional voter centers were expected to be available last week while another 14 will come online this week. And by Nov. 2, a total of 35 will be open across El Paso County, officials said. The deadline to vote or return a ballot is 7 p.m. Nov. 3.
