Moving for Better Balance is a falls prevention program that uses the movements of Tai Chi to help older adults improve their balance and increase their confidence in doing everyday activities without the fear of falling. This 12-week program is offered by the YMCA and paid for by a grant from Area Agency on Aging. There is no program fee for adults ages 60 and older. Call to register, or for questions.
