Skeletal remains found in a rock bed Saturday in the Stratmoor area have been identified as those of 55-year-old James L. Suggs.

The cause of death has yet to be determined by the El Paso County Coroner's Office, but there is no indication of trauma or foul play, the Sheriff's Office said.

Man killed in T-bone crash near downtown Colorado Springs identified

Suggs' remains were found just after 9 a.m. Saturday in the 4600 block of South Academy Boulevard. A cellphone, gym bag and a hoodie jacket were nearby.
