Suazo is a 1987 graduate of Manitou Springs High School. He entered the United States Naval Academy and thereafter entered flight school at Naval Air Station Pensacola. During his career, Suazo accrued more than 3000 total flight hours – mostly in the F-14 Tomcat and the FA-18 Super Hornet. He has logged over 200 combat flight hours and over 530 carrier arrested landings on six different aircraft carriers.  He is a graduate of the Navy’s prestigious Navy Fighter Weapons School (TOPGUN) and received his master’s degree from Naval War College in Newport, R.I.  

After retiring from 24 years of Naval service following a tour at U.S. Northern Command at Peterson AFB, he and his wife Nikki wanted to share their passion of health and nutrition with others.
