3 arrested at Denver fast food wage protest outside McDonald's (copy)

A man shot outside a McDonald's in downtown Colorado Springs last night remains in serious condition, police said Wednesday.

Police were notified of the shooting about 8:30 p.m. Tuesday in the fast-food restaurant's parking lot, 207 N. Wahsatch Ave., a spokeswoman said. The man was brought to a hospital with life-threatening injuries, she said. 

The investigation is ongoing and as of Wednesday morning, police have not made any arrests, she said.
