Four-year-old Riddick Boling's daycare provider, Leslie Grayson, turned herself into the Fremont County Sheriff's Department on Wednesday after a warrant was issued for her arrest in connection with the child's death in August.

Grayson, 52, was arrested on suspicion of one count of felony child abuse and six counts of misdemeanor child abuse. She immediately posted a $15,000 bond.

Riddick reportedly drowned in an above-ground pool on the property at the 1300 block of S. 12th Street in Lincoln Park. Rescuers performed CPR on the child until he was transported by ambulance to St. Thomas More Hospital. Efforts to revive him were unsuccessful.
