Even if you know nothing about tai chi or qigong, the Tai Chi Association of Colorado Springs invites you to participate in World Tai Chi and Qigong Day at America the Beautiful Park.

Beginning in New Zealand, the event will spread time zone by time zone across 60 countries and six continents. The idea is to promote calm and wellness around the world.
