Attention all hardy yogis -- a challenge awaits you.

"From Tadasana to Savasana" is the event for you.

Rachelle Robin Zysett and Becca Roodhuyzen are leading a 5-hour yoga practice on Sunday. Yes, you heard me right -- 5 whole hours. They promise the extra time will be devoted to exploring some more "wild" variations of postures. And of course, there'll be pranayama and probably, hopefully, an extended savasana. You're going to need it.

Roodhuyzen has offered two hour Kick Asana classes for several years, but this is the first 5-hour class. I've done those a couple of Kick Asanas, and yes, they're challenging, and yes, by the end you are worn down, but it's strangely fun.

Should you go, here's my advice: Bring a couple of snacks -- something that won't bog you down or get twisted up in your belly as you practice.

When: 10:30 a.m.-3:30 p.m. Sunday, March 8

Where: Playoga, 1763 S. Eighth St., Suite 2

Cost: $55 through March 4, $70; 210-5080, playogastudio.com
