By the sounds of it, I'd say this is an ideal weekend to visit Yoga Studio Satya, even if you've been there a hundred times already.

It's their One Year Anniversary Celebration, and things seem to be going well. They recently earned a bronze for best pilates/yoga and owner and founder Amanda Neufeld also earned a bronze in the best yoga teacher category.

Several donation only classes take place on Friday, including gentle yoga and a vinyasa class. More classes are Saturday morning from 8 a.m.-noon and in the afternoon, there'll be a health fair, massage, Thai bodywork, vendors and more.

Don't forget -- this is the home of the infamous yoga wall I wrote about in the fall. You will literally be doing poses on the wall. It will definitely get you out of your yoga box. Neufeld will offer two 30-minute wall classes Saturday morning.

Local musicians Ryan Flores and Wayne Hammerstadt will perform from 5-9 p.m. Saturday.
