I know I'm not the only one to struggle with some food and body image issues.
In fact, the National Institutes of Mental Health reports that one in five women struggle with disordered eating. That's a whole lot of us.
A new program in the Springs this summer can help address some of the issues you or somebody you know might be having. It's called "Eat Breathe Thrive," and it seeks to help folks through yoga, meditation, group-processing and community-building exercises and service projects.
Two local yoga teachers, Lenora Degen and Lorri Williams, are leading the six-week program. Yoga experience not required.
