The Broadmoor, 1 Lake Avenue, will host its inaugural Taste & Savor culinary extravaganza, March 5-8. Acclaimed chefs, to include Curtis Duffy of Chicago’s Three Michelin Star-rated Grace, and beverage experts from around the U.S. will converge on the resort for the exclusive culinary event, providing guests an opportunity to savor gourmet dishes, choice wines and craft cocktails, as well as attend seminars and panel discussions and interact with leaders in the culinary arts world.

Award-winning beverage consultant, teacher and lecturer Steve Olson will serve as Master of Ceremonies and joins Food Network and ABC television host Sissy Biggers to moderate a panel of guest chefs and beverage experts from Portland, Chicago, Seattle, Houston, Las Vegas, and Los Angeles. Culinary talent to include Colorado stars Kelly Liken, Vail, and Alex Seidel and Tyler Wiard, Denver.

A variety of wine, spirits and beverage experts will also be on hand, including National Ambassador of the U.S. Bartender’s Guild Tony Abou-Ganim, President of the Executive Board for Joseph Drouhin Wines Frédéric Drouhin, and Christina Perozzi, founder of The Beer Chicks in Los Angeles.
