Colorado entered the safer-at-home order in the next phase of reopening the economy amid the COVID-19 pandemic, following the expiration of the stay-at-home order April 26, 2020. Friday, May 1 commenced the safer-at-home order, allowing retailers, hair salons, pet groomers, tattoo parlors and other businesses to reopen.
