PUBLIC NOTICE MOUNTAIN VISTA METROPOLITAN DISTRICT EXCLUSION OF PROPERTY (AE BARNES III, LLC) TO ALL INTERESTED PARTIES: Pursuant to statute, notice is hereby given that the Board of Directors of the Mountain Vista Metropolitan District has received a Petition signed by AE Barnes III, LLC seeking the exclusion of certain real property from the boundaries of Mountain Vista Metropolitan District. This property is legally described on the attached. You are further notified that this Petition has been set for hearing before the Board of Directors of Mountain Vista Metropolitan District at a special meeting to be held Friday, October 15, 2021 at 9:00 a.m. at the offices of Challenger Homes, 8065 Explorer Drive, Suite 250, Colorado Springs, CO 80920.
