Cheyenne Mountain High School senior Sean Niedzwiecki took these images of the recent meteor shower — known as the Geminids — near Silver Cliff and West Cliff. The family drove nearly two hours to watch it as he told his family that "there would be no light pollution." "It was an amazing night watching and hoping he’d get some great pictures he captured!" the parents, Andrea and Matt, wrote in an email. "I think he did amazing!"
