The Tri-Lakes Health Pavilion, adjacent to the Tri-Lakes YMCA at 17230 Jackson Creek Parkway in Monument, will celebrate its grand opening from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday.
The pavilion, developed by The Boldt Co., includes facilities for urgent and primary care, rehabilitation, occupational therapy, imaging and a variety of specialty and wellness services. The celebration will include free adult screenings for bone density and body-mass index readings.
