DENVER — Colorado's nonpartisan Legislative Council is assuring thousands of voters that they'll receive — if they haven't already — a November ballot guide that initially was mailed to wrong addresses.
About 90,000 so-called "Blue Books" with information on state ballot measures and judicial elections were mailed Oct. 6 to the correct addresses of registered voters in 36 counties in eastern and western Colorado. County clerks also received extra books.
Natalie Mullis, the council's acting director, said Friday that guides were mailed to correct addresses in the rest of the state.
Mullis says a second error by a contractor produced an unknown number of guides with missing pages.
The complete guide can be found here , obtained from county clerks , by calling 303-866-3521 and by emailing email@example.com.
Ballots for the Nov. 6 election will be mailed Monday.
