Grammy Award-winning Christian artist announced in Colorado Springs amphitheater lineup
Sunset Amphitheater scores another Grammy Award winner for its inaugural summer lineup.
Contemporary Christian artist Lauren Daigle will perform Aug. 23 at the new open-air venue on the city’s north side, southeast of Interstate 25 and North Gate Boulevard in the Polaris Pointe development.

Daigle, a 10-time Dove Award winner, released her fourth latest album, “Lauren Daigle,” last year. She’s had four No. 1 singles on the Billboard charts, including “First,” “Trust in You” and “O’Lord.”
The singer joins a multi-genre lineup at the 8,000-seat amphitheater, which opens Aug. 9 with a sold-out concert by OneRepublic, a pop rock band founded in Colorado Springs. Other performers include comedian Jim Gaffigan Sept. 13, country singer Dierks Bentley Aug. 30, rock band Primus Aug. 24 and Americana duo Alison Krauss and Robert Plant Aug. 31.
Shows will continue to be announced weekly. The venue is expected to host at least 20 events this summer.
