WOODLAND PARK - With guns drawn, Woodland Park police removed four people from a vehicle stopped on U.S. 24 near the Walmart store and then pointed their weapons at the trunk as the lid was popped open.

The highway reopened shortly before 5 p.m. after nothing was found in the trunk and the black sedan was moved off the road.

The people who were in the car were all placed in a police cruiser.

No other details were immediately available.
