A toddler appears to be safe after the car she was riding in flipped off the interstate Thursday morning.
The 39-year-old woman driving was seriously injured and taken to a hospital, Gazette news partner KKTV said.
The crash happened just after 7:30 a.m. Thursday on southbound Interstate 25 just south of the Pikes Peak International Raceway at mile maker 121. Only one vehicle was involved. It is not clear what caused the crash.
The rollover closed the northbound and southbound left lanes of the interstate for an hour.
