A woman was robbed Saturday night outside her Colorado Springs home and police are looking for the suspect.

The victim was trying to grab items from her car outside her house at around 10:30 p.m. in the 2300 block of Bonfoy Avenue, east of Union Boulevard, when a male pushed her into the vehicle and grabbed her purse and plastic grocery bag before running away into an alley, police said.

The victim wasn't injured, police said.

The news release didn't give the value of the items taken.
