Here are some of the St. Patrick's Day-related events, specials and fun things to do around the Colorado Springs area.

6:30 p.m.: Pikes Peak Highlanders (bagpipe and drum performance)

1-4:30 p.m.: Avourneen (Irish folk)

Wednesday, March 15: 8 p.m.: The Commoners (Irish Jam Rock band)

Friday, March 17: Open at 10 a.m., Jack’s Attic at 12 p.m.


Cheyenne Mountain Resort:

Location: 3225 Broadmoor Valley Rd.

March 11: 5:30-11 p.m.

Dinner, drinks, entertainment, live and silent auctions. There will be music by the Colorado Springs Conservatory, a painting performance by Devin Montagne, and music of One More Shot.

Cost: $125 per person, or table of 10 for $1,250

Friday, March 17: 11 a.m.-9 pm. Vore gourmet grilled cheese

7 p.m.: Mark’s Midnight Carnival Show (Indie Rock band)

Saturday March 18: Scotch Eggs and Reubens until they sell out

3 p.m.: Celtic Steps Irish Dancers

5 p.m.: Pipers and Drummers

7 p.m.: Brian Clancy and Irish Row

Commemorative Tin Cups: Sale starts March 17 and goes until they sell out. $12 filled, $1 from every cup goes to Back East’s St. Baldrick’s Day Fund
