Wednesday's traffic: Union, Fillmore lanes reopen after crash

Here's a roundup of traffic-related issues in the Colorado Springs area on Wednesday.

10:45 a.m. -- A crash at Rockrimmon Boulevard and Interstate 25 has been removed.

9:51 a.m. -- The right lane of eastbound Rockrimmon Boulevard at the south Interstate 25 entrance ramp is blocked after a crash, according to Colorado Springs Traffic.

9:07 a.m. -- All lanes have been reopened after a crash at Union Boulevard and Fillmore Street, according to Colorado Springs Traffic.

8:26 a.m. -- All lanes on Union Boulevard and Fillmore Street have reopened except the right thru lane on westbound Circle Drive at Union, according to Colorado Springs Traffic.

8:08 a.m. -- A crash was reported at Hodgen Road and Tim Meadow Drive in the Black Forest area, according to Colorado State Patrol.

7:53 a.m. -- Traffic has been blocked after a crash was reported at Meridian Ranch Boulevard and Londonderry Drive in Peyton, according to Colorado State Patrol.

7:52 a.m. -- Colorado Springs police reported that a truck lost its load at U.S. 83 and Powers Boulevard. It is unknown if the incident is blocking traffic.

7:31 a.m. -- Colorado Springs is no longer on accident alert, according to Colorado Springs Traffic.

7:15 a.m. -- A crash has blocked traffic Wednesday morning at North Union Boulevard and East Fillmore Street, according to Colorado Springs Traffic.

The wreck has shut down the thru lanes on northbound Union, left turning on southbound Union, left turning lanes on eastbound Fillmore and the right turning lane on westbound Fillmore, Colorado Springs Traffic said.

Drivers are asked to avoid the area.
