Colorado Springs police have identified the victim of a fatal Saturday night motorcycle crash as 21-year-old Zytavius Zikeem Prise.

The crash occured about 7:49 p.m., according to police radios. A person involved in the crash was declared "dead on arrival" by medical crews.

Police said that a motorcyclist lost control going northbound on the 2000 block of Carmel Drive and was thrown. He landed in the driveway of a residence, police said.

The man was dead when authorities arrived.

"Speed may be a factor in the accident," according to a police department press release.
