The importance of separating government and religion will be the focus of a Thursday evening talk at the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs.
The Rev. Barry Lynn, executive director of Americans United for Separation of Church and State, will discuss what he believes are the predominant issues concerning religious liberty, beginning at 7 p.m. in the University Center Theater.
Lynn's Washington, D.C.-based organization works to preserve the Constitution's religious liberty provisions.
