Three robbers surprised the manager of the Deja Vu Gentlemen's Club Thursday morning as he prepared to open, the El Paso County Sheriff's Office said.

The robbers, one female and two males, were wearing black ski masks, sheriff's office spokesman Lt. Jeff Kramer said. The victim did not report seeing a weapon in the 10:15 a.m. robbery at the club on B Street, near Fort Carson, he said.

"The manager was opening the business and three suspects confronted him inside the establishment," Kramer said. "He was assaulted and suffered very minor injuries, for which he was treated on site."

It was unknown what, if anything, was taken.

The robbers fled on foot southeast of the club on B Street, near Fort Carson. Deputies searched the area on foot and on horseback, but no one was found.

Anyone with information can call the El Paso County Sheriff's Office at 390-5555.
