Brian Camp, 29, of Colorado Springs, was identified Tuesday by the Teller County Sheriff's Office as the victim of Saturday's homicide in Divide.

Camp was shot in the head in a home on the 400 block of Maid Marian Drive, in the Sherwood Forest Subdivision, by the owner of the home, the Sheriff's Office said.

The male shooter, who has not been identified by authorities, called police around 4 a.m. to report that he had shot and killed a male intruder in his home, the Sheriff's Office said. Sheriff spokesman Lt. Marc Porcelli said the homeowner said he was "surprised" by Camp's presence.

Officers questioned the man and a female occupant of the home, both of whom knew the victim, Porcelli said.

No arrests have been made, and the investigation is ongoing.
