Teller County sheriff's deputies raided three marijuana grows Wednesday, seizing more than 100 plants and more than 80 pounds of processed marijuana packaged for shipping, the Sheriff's Office announced.
Two of the grows were near Divide, and one was in Woodland Park.
"Investigators believe all three locations are connected and are part of a large criminal organization that ships illegally grown marijuana out of Colorado," the Sheriff's Office said.
Six suspects are in custody, and "investigators will be conducting interviews this evening," the Sheriff's Office said Wednesday. Authorities also seized two vehicles and an unspecified amount of hash oil.
"It is apparent a large shipment and grow operation was interrupted by our efforts," the Sheriff's Office said, adding that the processed marijuana is worth more than $1 million outside of Colorado.
Woodland Park police assisted in the raids.
