RAW BLUEBERRY-CHIA JAM
Yield: 2 1/2 cups
2 cups fresh or frozen blueberries 2 cups fresh or frozen wild blueberries 1 lemon 1/2 cup sugar 3 tablespoons chia seeds Pinch of salt
Put blueberries and half of the wild blueberries in a blender. Add juice of lemon, sugar and chia seeds. Process until smooth, about 2 minutes. Pour into a bowl and stir in remaining wild blueberries. Stir well. Refrigerate 8-12 hours. Stir again, if any separation has occurred. Keep refrigerated and use within 1 week.
