MOCK GUACAMOLE

Yield: 1 2/3 cups

1 1/2 cups frozen peas 2 tablespoons water 1/3 cup fat-free sour cream 1/2 mashed ripe avocado 1 tablespoon lemon juice 1 garlic clove, minced 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin 1 jalapeno, chopped 1/2 cup chopped tomato 2 tablespoons finely chopped onion Assorted fresh vegetables or tortilla chips

Procedure:

Place peas, water, sour cream, avocado, lemon juice, garlic cumin and jalapeno into food processor or blender; cover and process until smooth. Fold in tomato and onion.

Serve with vegetables or tortilla chips.
