Going out of town and need to temporarily stop your subscription? The Gazette offers two easy options to put your subscription on temporary hold: Click here to enter your vacation hold online (please have your account number handy for authentication purposes) or call 866-632-NEWS (6397). To stop service for the following day, your request must be made by 4:00 p.m. M-F and 10:00 a.m. weekends.

You will have the option of receiving your missed papers when you return, adding the missed days to the end of your subscription, or donating them to the Newspaper in Education program, which provides papers at no charge to area schools for use in the classroom.

Please note that in cases where a restart date is not provided, subscriptions automatically are converted over to online-only subscriptions 90 days after the original stop date.

If you live in the Colorado Springs area and need a back issue of The Gazette from the past 30 days, one can be purchased at the front counter of The Gazette, 30 S. Prospect St., just east of downtown. The price is 75 cents for the daily paper and $1.50 for a Sunday copy. Please call 719-636-0101 to make sure the issue you need is available.

If you live out of the Colorado Springs delivery area, please call 719-476-4874. The cost is $6 prepaid via check or money order or you can send your request by mail (include check/money order) to: The Gazette, 30 S. Prospect St., Colorado Springs, CO 80903. Be sure to specify the date you want. (This service is only available for papers dated for the last 30 days.)

For issues older than 30 days, click on Online Archives to get Web access. A weekly online pass is $6.00. Online access is available for all issues dating back to 1988.
