A blaze that sparked at sunrise in a southeast Colorado Springs mobile home park Wednesday was quickly extinguished by firefighters.

Flames and smoke were visible in a trailer at the Meadows Mobile Home Park on the 4800 block of Astrozon Boulevard, off South Powers Boulevard, Colorado Springs fire officials said.

No details on the cause of the fire nor the extent of damage was provided by fire crews, who continued to put out hot spots and mopped up after they were completely doused.
