A 76-year-old Rocky Ford man suspected of pimping has been arrested as part of a multi-agency investigation that included the arrest last week of three women - two of them from Colorado Springs - on charges of human trafficking.
Allen Quint allegedly facilitated and benefited from the sale of sex at his Colorado Springsbusiness, Tokyo Spa on North Circle Drive, according to the Colorado State Patrol.
Quint is being held on $10,000 bond in the El Paso County jail, according to jail records.
The women arrested last week, Covie King and Myong Moon, both of Colorado Springs, and Myong Bogdany of Pueblo, had links to Sona Blair, a woman arrested in December on suspicion of human trafficking, pimping and money laundering, according to court papers.
Arrest affidavits allege that King, Moon, Bogdany and Blair worked together to bring prostitutes to the Pikes Peak region, where they would sell themselves out of local spas.
Bogdany is listed as the registered business owner of Healing Art Relaxation on West Colorado Avenue between Old Colorado City and Manitou Springs.
A member of the State Patrol told The Gazette that these arrests are part of an ongoing investigation that involves Homeland Security Investigations and local law enforcement.
