Report: Colorado Springs boy, 6, suspended from school after making finger into 'gun'

A 6-year-old boy was suspended from Stratton Meadows Elementary School this week after he reportedly pointed his finger in the shape of a gun at another student, Gazette news partner KKTV reported.

The student, Elijah Thurston, has been in trouble before, but his father thinks the school overreached, Austin Thurston told KKTV.

Harrison School District 2 declined to comment on Elijah's case.
