Colorado Springs police say shots were fired at a McDonald's restaurant on Constitution Avenue early Sunday morning, but no one was hurt.

Witnesses told officers that a man with a gun was threatening them at about 1:45 a.m. at the McDonald's at 5765 Constitution Ave., which is near Powers Boulevard.

Police found a bullet and a shattered glass door. The suspect fled on foot and has not been located.
