One man suffered minor injuries during a domestic disturbance at an apartment in eastern Colorado Springs on Monday that included at least one shot being fired, Colorado Springs police said.

The bullet didn't hit anyone, police said, but one man suffered minor injuries during a scuffle.

A man reportedly went to a couple's apartment on the 3600 block of Marion Drive, off Galley Road and North Chelton Road, about 6 a.m. and a disagreement escalated, police said.

It was not clear who fired the weapon, but all three people involved were identified. No arrests have been made, police said.
