Police are looking for a homeless man that robbed a man at gunpoint then used a bicycle to get away. Police said an arrest warrant has been issued for Jose "Droopy" Fernandez, 43, who allegedly met the victim at Kiowa and Tejon streets, where he directed him to an alley, pointed a gun at him and demanded $350 in cash.

When the victim said he didn't have it the cash. Fernandez allegedly forced him to get the money from a safe at the Urban Peak youth shelter, where the victim was staying.

Police could not locate Fernandez, who they believe lives in a homeless camp. Officer said Fernandez left the scene on a purple mountain bike, has the word "Raiders" tattooed on the front of his head and "LA 13" on the back of his head. The two men knew each other, police said.
