Colorado Springs police say one man remains on the loose after the Crossland Economy Studios hotel at 3490 Afternoon Circle was robbed Saturday.

Police responded shortly after 8 p.m. Saturday to a call that a man armed with a handgun had taken an undisclosed amount of cash from the hotel after pointing the gun at two clerks.

One of the clerks ran out the back door, police said. Another clerk complied and the unknown suspect took off with cash.

No injuries were reported. Police ask that anyone with information call 444-7000.
