Police: Burglar used car to smash way in to Colorado Springs Apple Store

An unidentified burglar crashed a car into the front of the Apple Store on Briargate Parkway Sunday morning and got away with merchandise, police said.

Colorado Springs police say the break-in happened just after 1 a.m. and the suspect fled in a second vehicle, leaving the crashed car at the scene.

Police have not said whether the car was reported as stolen, or what was stolen from the store.
