Two unrelated single-engine plane crashes occurred Friday, and both pilots and a passenger managed to walk away uninjured.

The first plane crashed about 10:30 a.m. in Broomfield when witnesses said the pilot overshot an airport runway and flipped the plane.

The other crash happened about 7 p.m. near Grand Junction when officials said a plane carrying two men went down in a remote area. One man left the crash scene for help, but neither of them needed medical attention.
