DANCING IN SILENCE UNDER THE JELLYFISH

Who says disco music has to be loud? If you like to dance to your own tune, with headphones, the Colorado Springs Fine Arts Center at Colorado College is hosting "Prom Redux: A Silent Disco" from 8-11 p.m. Saturday in the museum courtyard. It will be held under the glowing blue jellyfish-like lighting of Buck Walsky's "Beach Front" art installation. Cost is $10 (members $5) or free for students with ID. Prom attire is encouraged but not required. Choose from a few channels to find your jam. Make a date of it: There will be a cash bar and food trucks on site. FREE HEALTH INSIGHTS FROM VEGAN ENDURANCE ATHLETE

My collection of must-listen podcasts grows longer. The latest? Rich Roll. The well-known vegan endurance athlete is also a popular speaker and New York Times best-selling author for his 2012 memoir. My first encounter with him was his recent 90 minute interview with Zach Bush, M.D., about GMOs, glyphosate and healing the gut. Upon investigation, he's got a stack of good interviews that have me salivating: Lance Armstrong, Dan Harris, Tim Ferris and Guru Singh. Find him at richroll.com. ~ Jennifer Mulson

IT’S DOLLARITA TIME AGAIN AT APPLEBEE’S
It’s margaritaville during April at participating Applebee’s neighborhood restaurants. The dollarita is back — “America’s favorite $1 margarita,” according to the chain’s press release. Hey, who quibbles at a frosty 10-ounce mug of lime juice and tequila for a buck? ~ Teresa J. Farney
