A look at a few of the specialty pancakes on the Snooze menu. (Facebook, Snooze)

On weekends during the brunch hour, you can expect a wait at Snooze. Denverites wait anyway, because the creations on the plate are irresistible. So, should you decide to make the short drive to Colorado Springs' nearest Snooze location in Lone Tree (10002 Commons St.), enjoy complimentary coffee or splurge on a bubbly beverage as you dream of your upcoming taste sensation.

Will it be one of the specialty pancakes? At last visit, blueberry danish was a flavor, along with pineapple upside down cake. Or will you choose from the eggs Benedict side of the menu? How about something fresher from the side often featuring salmon? Either way, you can't go wrong.
