As residents of Colorado, we're fortunate to live in such a beautiful state. And judging by the hundreds of images that were submitted in The Gazette's Quintessential Colorado photo contest, many don't take that for granted. Nearly 1,500 entries were received. Readers then voted to decide one...

As residents of Colorado, we're fortunate to live in such a beautiful state. And judging by the hundreds of images that were submitted in The Gazette's Quintessential Colorado photo contest, many don't take that for granted.

Nearly 1,500 entries were received. Readers then voted to decide one winner (C.J. Kyles) while The Gazette's staff picked another (Tim Lucking). Each receives a $500 gift card to Mike's Camera.
