Two Colorado Springs men involved in a deadly car crash Sunday night near Highway 24 have been identified.

The passenger, Dustin Roybal, 28, was killed in the crash, according to Colorado State Patrol. The driver, Brian Clowe, 24, was transported to Memorial Hospital for serious injuries.

Clowe was driving a Nissan 240SX northeast on Meadowbrook Parkway when he lost control of the car and the right side collided with a parked car. The Nissan rotated clockwise after impact and hopped a curb before it came to a stop on its wheels.

The crash was still under investigation Tuesday.
