Colorado Springs School District 11 will purge its records of students with disabilities who graduated or withdrew from the district five years ago.

Parents of such students may request access to and copies of their children's special education records before they are destroyed.

The deadline to do so is Sept. 30; contact the Colorado Springs Records Management Center at 520-2079.
