Police investigated a stabbing early Friday in west Colorado Springs.
Two witnesses told police they were in a car with two men at 2:41 a.m. near 30th and Uintah streets when the two men started fighting. The fight spilled into the street, the witnesses said, and one of the men stabbed the victim in his lower right leg.
The witnesses and the victim drove to the hospital, calling 911 on the way. They were instructed to pull over and wait for assistance.
Police suspect alcohol was a factor in the stabbing.
No arrests have been made.
