For thrill-seekers of Colorado Springs and beyond, a new adventure is in the air.

The Broadmoor Soaring Adventure at Seven Falls will open the new Fins Course on Wednesday: three zip lines more than 1,000 feet in length and two suspension bridges that offer bird's-eye views of the canyons hundreds of feet below.

The new attraction will be offered in addition to the Woods Course, a series of zip lines that opened a year ago.

The Fins Course, named after a pair of rock outcroppings resembling fish fins that anchor the suspension bridges, begins with a zip line spanning part of South Cheyenne Canyon. Participants then cross the bridges, which offer views from 400 feet above the ground.

The second zip line travels 1,333 feet to the south side of Mount Cutler, and the third takes riders 1,800 feet along the canyon. The experience concludes as guests rappel 170 feet back to the ground.

The Broadmoor Soaring Adventure at Seven Falls is open daily, weather permitting. Tickets for the Fins Course cost $149.
