The board of directors of the Association of Christian Schools International has appointed Daniel Egeler of Colorado Springs as president of the organization. Egeler was a teacher, high school principal and Director of the Alliance Academy in Quito, Ecuador. After returning to the U.S., he joined the staff of the Association of Christian Schools International in Colorado Springs, and became its Vice President of International Ministries in 2007. Egeler is the author of "Mentoring Millennials: Shaping the Next Generation," published by NavPress.
