Mugshot Monday: Most wanted in the Colorado Springs area

Pikes Peak Area Crime Stoppers is asking for the public's help finding the following people for whom felony arrest warrants have been issued.

Michael Ceballes, 36, is described as a 170-pound man, 5 feet 7 inches tall, with black hair and brown eyes. Ceballes is being sought on suspicion of sexual assault on a child, attempted escape.

Rebecca E. Dowdy, 40, is described as a 122-pound woman, 5 feet 1 inch tall, black hair and brown eyes. Dowdy is being sought on suspicion of identity theft.

Justin Edgin, 22, is described as a 170-pound man, 5 feet 11 inches tall, with blonde hair and blue eyes. Edgin is being sought on suspicion of escape.

Jennifer Lynn Ortiz, 31, is described as a 160-pound woman, 5 feet 3 inches tall, with brown hair and brown eyes. Ortiz is being sought on suspicion of identity theft.

John Sparrow, 33, is described as a 160-pound man, 5 feet 9 inches tall, with brown hair and brown eyes. Sparrow is being sought on suspicion of aggravated robbery.

Sanita Ravonna Swisher, 50, is described as a 160-pound woman, 5 feet 6 inches tall, with brown hair and hazel eyes. Swisher is being sought on suspicion of second-degree assault.

If you have information about these fugitives or a serious crime, call Crime Stoppers at 634-STOP in Colorado Springs or 542-STOP in Pueblo.

You do not have to give your name, and you could earn a reward of as much as $1,000 for information given to Crime Stoppers.
