Mugshot Monday: Crime Stoppers' Most Wanted in the Colorado Springs area, March 10, 2014

Pikes Peak Area Crime Stoppers is asking for the public's help finding the following people for whom felony arrest warrants have been issued.

Blaine William Baughman, 35, is described as a 127-pound man, 5 feet 6 inches tall, with brown hair and brown eyes. Baughman is being sought on suspicion of escape.

Roy Elliott, 42, is described as a 200-pound man, 5 feet 7 inches tall, with brown hair and brown eyes. Elliott is being sought on suspicion of driving after judgement.

Cedric Harp, 27, is described as a 155-pound man, 5 feet 6 inches tall, with brown hair and brown eyes. Harp is being sought on suspicion of possession of a schedule I and II substance, first-degree criminal trespass, possession of a weapon by a previous offender.

Kevin Emmett McHam, 42, is described as a 190-pound man, 5 feet 10 inches tall, with brown hair and blue eyes. McHam is being sought on suspicion of escape.

Frank D. Ortiz, 27, is described as a 146-pound man, 6 feet tall, with brown hair and brown eyes. Ortiz is being sought on suspicion of escape.

Kyle Henry Simoneaux, 44, is described as a 150-pound man, 6 feet 1 inches tall, with black hair and hazel eyes. Simoneaux is being sought on suspicion of failure to register as a sex offender.

If you have information about these fugitives or a serious crime, call Crime Stoppers at 634-STOP in Colorado Springs or 542-STOP in Pueblo.

You do not have to give your name, and you could earn a reward of as much as $1,000 for information given to Crime Stoppers.
